Your investment for a single Intensive Training Program Retreat Week includes tuition, room, and board for 7 retreat days, plus 1 video, 2 mp3s, 2 IPNB Teleseminar recordings, 3 months of in-depth empathy conference calls, and 3 months of weekly empathy buddy calls:
- $2065 double occupancy ($1300 program tuition, $765 room & board)
- $2265 single occupancy ($1300 program tuition, $965 room & board)
RETREAT WEEK #2 – Available Discounts (can be combined if you qualify for both, for a current total possible discount of $325):
1) Early Registration Discount (shared or private room):
- $1840 or $2040 (save $225) when you register by May 25, 2016
- $1915 or $2115 (save $150) when you register by July 25, 2016
- $2015 or $2215 (save $50) when you register by October 25, 2016
2) Multiple Person*
- Save an additional $100 each, when 2 or more people register together
* Multiple person discounts apply when all members of your group identify each other on your registration form, and submit your registration forms and make your deposit payments within 14 days of each other.
RETREAT WEEK #2 TERMS and POLICIES:
Deposit and Payment Information:
A $300 deposit must accompany your application. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail and payment schedule when you’re accepted into the program. Once you’ve been accepted into the program, your deposit is non-refundable. (If you are not accepted, your deposit will be refunded in full.)
Full payment is due on or before November 20, 2016, or within 7 days of your acceptance into the program (whichever is later). Payment plans are available for an additional administrative fee; click here to request more information.
- You may transfer your retreat week registration (including your applicable discounts and payments) to the next retreat week one time, as follows:
- On or before December 16, 2016: 15% tuition transfer fee, $0 room/board cancellation fee;
- Between December 16 and December 31: 15% tuition transfer fee, $50 room/board cancellation fee;
- After December 31: 15% tuition transfer fee, 100% room/board cancellation fee.
- If you cancel on or before December 16, 2016 you’ll receive a full refund, minus the $300 non-refundable registration deposit.
- If you cancel after December 16, 2016 you’ll receive a full refund, minus the $300 non-refundable registration deposit, only if we can fill your place in the program with another paying participant.
- You may transfer 100% of your registration fees and applicable discounts to another participant if that person has been accepted into the program on or before December 31, 2016, for a $150 administrative fee.
- If we cancel this retreat week for any reason, you will receive a full refund (including your $300 registration deposit).
- Refunds are not available if you cancel on or after January 20, 2017, if you do not show up, or if you leave the retreat week early.
